Does pricing include hardware?
No. Higgs IOT pricing is SaaS-only. Hardware devices, SIM data plans, and SMS charges are separate and not bundled into any tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Lite and Flux: 15-day grace period. Nova: 30 days. Supernova: 90 days. Data is permanently deleted after the grace period unless you request earlier removal.
Is AIS-140 compliance an add-on?
No. AIS-140 certification is standard across all tiers at no additional cost — including direct Vahan and RTO portal submission.
Can I white-label on the Lite tier?
Yes. White-label is a ₹10,000/platform add-on available across all tiers. Your own App Store developer account, Play Console, and domain fees apply separately.
Does API access include live tracking?
No. Live tracking is exclusively via Map SDK integration across all tiers. API access covers historical trip data, reports, and analytical endpoints only.
Can I switch tiers mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact support for prorated billing on upgrades.
