Does pricing include hardware?
No. Velocity is SaaS-only — your subscription covers the platform, dashboards, and all software features. GPS hardware, SIM data plans, and SMS charges are sourced separately and are never bundled into tier pricing.
What are AI Fleet Credits used for?
Credits power fleet intelligence queries — natural-language questions about your fleet, AI-generated trip summaries, anomaly explanations, and behavioural analysis. Each query consumes one credit from your org's shared pool. Top-up packs can be added at any time.
Does API access include live tracking?
No. Live tracking is exclusively via Map SDK integration on all tiers. The API covers historical trip data, reports, and analytical endpoints only — it cannot stream real-time position data.
Can I white-label the platform?
Yes, on any tier. White-label is a ₹10,000 one-time add-on that brands the mobile app and web dashboard under your name. You'll need your own App Store developer account, Play Console, and domain — those fees are not included.
Can I switch tiers mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately and billed pro-rata for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — you keep the higher tier's features until then.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data at any time during the grace period. Lite and Flux: 15 days. Nova: 30 days. Supernova: 90 days. After the grace period, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Which tiers are part of the Freedom Offer?
Lite (₹50/device/year) and Flux (₹100/device/year) only. Nova and Supernova are at standard rates. Purchase before 15 August 2026, midnight IST, to lock in the offer price — you can activate anytime after.
Can I upgrade from a Freedom Offer tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Nova or Supernova at any time. The prorated difference is charged at standard rates from the date of upgrade — your Freedom Offer price is not forfeited on the remaining period already paid.
